OK-432对小鼠γ射线照射后T淋巴细胞功能的修复作用

OK 432 accelerates recovery of T lymphocyte functions in mice following sublethal γ ray irradiation.

对溶血性链球菌制剂ＯＫ－４３２促进照射小鼠Ｔ细胞功能的修复作用进行了探讨。方法实验用ＢＡＬｂ／ｃ小鼠，６０Ｃｏγ射线一次全身照射，吸收剂量５Ｇｙ。观察指标：小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化；ＩＬ－２产生及活性测定；迟发型超敏反应性测定。结果ＯＫ－４３２对几个Ｔ细胞亚群均具有作用，促进受照射小鼠对同种异型脾细胞的混合淋巴细胞反应及迟发型超敏反应的修复，促进脾脏中ＴＨ细胞产生ＩＬ－２，并能增强脾细胞对非特异性有丝分裂原的增殖反应。结论ＯＫ－４３２有促进多种Ｔ细胞亚群功能恢复的作用。

The effect of OK 432 a preparation of streptococcus haemolyticus,on accelerating the recovery of T lymphocyte function in mice after γ irradiation has been studied.The result indicates that OK 432 has effects on several subpopulations of T lymphocytes.It can promote the recovery of mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR) and delayed type hypersensitivity to allotype splenocytes in irradiated mice,increase the production of IL 2 by T H lymphocytes and the proliferation response of splenocytes to non specific mitogen Con A.
