随着国民经济的高速发展,信息技术的迅速普及。一个虚拟的社会空间也迅速在互联网上形成,毫无疑问虚拟社会空间的存在及其进行的变化都是起源于现实社会中的网民。正因如此,网络空间里也必然存在现实社会中的真、善、美、伪、恶、丑。在虚拟空间中,如何规范人们的活动,给我们提出了许多问题;随着计算机网络违法犯罪形势越来越严峻,本文分析了其中的原因并提出了防范对策。

With the high- speed development of national economy,information technology quickly widespread. A virtual social space also quickly forms on the Internet,and there is no doubt that the existence of the virtual social space and its changes all originate from nitizens in realistic society. Therefore,such things as kindness, beauty,beauty,hypocrisy, evil and ugliness also inevitably exist in it. In the virtual space, how to standardize people＇s activities has brought us many problems. With the situation of computer network crimes becoming more and more serious ,this article analyzes its reasons and put forward some countermeasures of prevention.
