On the Current Situation and Causes of Minor Crimes

我国的未成年人犯罪日趋严重,犯罪绝对数呈上升趋势,犯罪性质逐步恶化,犯罪类型复杂多变,犯罪方式不断更新升级。一般认为未成年人犯罪可分为物欲型、暴力型、淫乱型、团伙型四大类型。从未成年人犯罪的成因来看,既有社会根源,又有环境影响,还有其主观因素。

Our country＇s minor crimes become more and more serious：the absolute number being larger, criminal character being more aggraviating, types being more complicated and variable, and way of crime being updating. It＇s generally believed that minor crimes can be divided into such four types as materialistic desire,violence,pruriency and gang. The causes of minor crimes come from society, environmental influences and subjective factors.
