摘要
激励机制建设是商业银行改革中的一个重要方面,对商业银行竞争力和经营效率的提高有着重要作用,近年来,商业银行在内部激励机制建设方面进行了积极探索,但由于历史和体制等多方面因素的影响,并未真正在深层次上取得实质性突破;随着改革的深入,转换我国商业银行的经营机制,健全和完善激励约束机制已势在必行,从物质激励和精神激励两方面出发,结合西方发达国家商业银行长期的激励制度,对我国商业银行的长期激励机制的设计提出自己的看法。
The construction of inspiring mechanism is an important aspect in the reforms of the commercial banks, which take a vital role to enhance the commercial bank competitive power and the management efficiency, in recent years, the state - owned commercial bank has carried on the exploration positively during the inspiring mechanism construction, but as a result of the history and the system and other factors, it do never obtain the material breakthrough truly. With the deepening of reform, transformation of China's commercial banks operating mechanism, improvement of the incentive and restraint mechanisms have been inevitable. This article starts from two aspects : psychic and physical inspiring, and puts forward the author's own point on the design of long - term inspirting mechanism for China's stated commercial banks combined with the long - term inspiring mechanism of the western country's commercial banks.
