阿奇霉素冲击疗法治疗中度痤疮的疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Azithromycin Pulse Therapy in Treating Moderate Acne

目的评价阿奇霉素冲击疗法治疗中度痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法按随机、平行分组的原则,将患者分为试验组和对照组,试验组患者口服阿奇霉素500 mg,每天1次,每月连续用药4 d,对照组患者口服多西环素100 mg,每天2次,4周后改为每天1次。两组患者均同时外用0.025%维A酸霜,每晚1次,两组疗程均为8周。结果试验组治愈率为25.58%,总有效率为79.07%;对照组治愈率为22.50%,总有效率为72.50%。两组治愈率及总有效率比较差异均无统计学意义(χ2=0.108,P>0.05和χ2=0.489,P>0.05)。结论阿奇霉素冲击疗法联合0.025%维A酸霜治疗中度痤疮疗效确切,用药简单,不良反应少,患者依从性好。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safety of azithromycin pulse 0.025% tretinoin cream in the treatment of patients with moderate acne. Method The patients with moderate acne were randomly allocated to two groups： a test group and a control group. The patients from the test group orally took azithromycin 500 mg once daily for 4 days each month. The patients from the control group orally took doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for 4 weeks followed by once daily for 4 weeks. At the same time all patients were treated every evening with 0.025% tretinoin cream for 8 weeks. Result The cure rate and effective rate in the test group were 25.58% and 79.07%, respectively, while they were 22.50% and 72.50% in the control group. There were no statistical significant differences in above-mentioned two rates between the two groups （X^2=0.108,P〉0.05 and X^2=0.489,P〉0.05）. Conclusion Azithromycin pulse 0.025% tretinoin cream has reliable effectiveness, fewer side effects and better compliance in the treatment of moderate ache.
