摘要
预应力坎合连接技术是在重型机械领域中的一种剖分后的组合技术。在自然界中,由于生物长期进化的自适应性使生物能够产生很好的微观机械阻挡,从而形成连接的效应;在机械领域中,则需要通过高的表面接触应力,形成接触区的全塑性变形,达到双尺度机械阻挡和粘着效应,从而提高界面的抗剪能力。从生物学、弹塑性接触力学以及粘着理论的角度分析预应力坎合的基本原理,并用有限元和试验分析弹塑性接触和坎合结构的形成。在预应力坎合作用下,剖分件在预应场的作用下形成具有承载能力的整体件。此外,还介绍了预应力坎合原理在重型机械领域中的应用情况。
The technology of pre-stressed bumpy-ridge is a joining method of subdivisions in the field of heavy mechanism. In nature, due to the creature's self-adaptive property, mechanical countercheck can be easily formed in two creatures, and then the joining is generated. In mechanical field, resistance against shearing will not increase unless the mechanical countercheck in two-dimension and the adhesion are formed under the full plastic deformation in the contact zone which is generated by high contact stress. Theory of pre-stressed bumpy-ridge is studied from the perspective of biology, elastic-plastic mechanics and adhesion theory, and the condition of elastic-plastic contact and the formation of bumpy-ridge structure is analyzed by finite element method and experiment. By pre-stressed bumpy-ridge, the subdivisions are well joined into integer under pre-stress. In addition, the application of pre-stressed bumpy-ridge in the heavy mechanical field is introduced.
