发动机缸内滚流运动的稳流实验与三维数值模拟 被引量:4

摘要 采用变压差法的涡流动量计式实验台和Ricardo评价方法,对四气门发动机缸内滚流运动以及气道流通系数进行了实验研究;并且根据气道稳流实验的状态与环境参数,采用RNGk-ε湍流模型、混合网格、有限体积法以及SIMPLE算法,建立了与之相对应的三维数值模拟分析模型,得到了气道内部与缸内流场更为详尽的数据信息。结果表明,实验气道可以在缸内产生滚流,但也存在局部的缺陷;数值模拟与稳流实验的结果吻合良好,模拟分析模型具有较高的准确性和实用价值。 In this paper, steady flow test was carried out for tumble flow in cylinder and flow coefficient in port of fourvalve engine by using flow rig with impulse swirl meter, variable pressure drop experimentation and Ricardo evaluation measure ;based on the conditions and surrounding parameters of steady flow test, three-dimension numerical simulation model was established and the particular flow information in port and cylinder was achieved by using RNG k-ε model, combined grid, finite volume method and SIMPLE arithmetic. The results reveal that experimental ports can bring tumble flow in cylinder but have deficiency in parts; furthermore, simulated result is almost identical with experimental data and numerical simulation model is provided with preferable accuracy and practicability
