摘要
应用反义技术修饰的瘤苗进行肿瘤治疗是一条值得探讨的新途径。本研究将反义IGF-Ⅰ基因转染的黑色素瘤细胞作为瘤苗联合IL-2治疗实验性肺转移荷瘤小鼠及观察其生存期,结果发现反义IGF-Ⅰ基因转染的瘤苗可使实验性荷瘤鼠肺部肿瘤转移结节数减少和荷瘤鼠生存期延长,并显著高于亲本瘤苗治疗的效果,而辅以IL-2治疗,效果更加显著。本研究表明反义IGF-Ⅰ基因转染的黑色素瘤苗具有一定的抗黑色素肿瘤能力,IL-2对其抗该瘤转移作用有增强效应。
The mice with lung metastasis of melanoma cells were treated with tumor vaccine transfected by antisense IGF Ⅰ gene,or in combination with IL 2,the number of the lung metastatic tumor nodes and the long term survival rates of the mice were observed.The results showed that the melanoma vaccine transfected by antisense IGF Ⅰ gene had definite curative effect for anti metastatic activity,when combined with IL 2,it could enhance therapeutic effect markedly.
