The paper, based on investigating Habennas＇ ideological theory and from ideological concept, the understanding of critical ideology and the essence of science and technology, compares systematically the difference of Marx and Habemaas towards ideological theory, aims at drawing a clear demarcation line between Marx and Habemaas to ideological theory, reveals Habermas＇ mistakes essentially. The study undoubtedly has great significance in perfecting socialist ideological theory, safeguarding China＇s ideology, security and further pushing forward the ideological construction under new situation at the time of today in which ideological struggle is more and more hidden.
