摘要
当前,高校辅导员管理注重科学性、规范性,忽视人本性,缺乏情感性、权变性。高校辅导员管理应根据高校辅导员心理特征和劳动特点,实施柔性管理,激发和调动高校辅导员工作的积极性、主动性和创造性.从客观上保证学校实现教书育人的目标。
Tutors in universities have currenly emphasized on science and decipline in the process of management,regardless of being personal and lack of sensation and flexibility.Tutors in university should apply to flexible management in terms of their mentality and work characteristics,inspiring their creativity, activity and innovation,to assure to reach the goal of teaching and educating in universities.
