摘要 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和蛋白酶激活受体-1(PAR-1)的表达与星形细胞肿瘤病理分级的关系以及两者的相关性。方法:用半定量RT-PCR方法检测50例星形细胞肿瘤和10例正常脑组织中VEGF和PAR-1的表达水平。结果:在正常脑组织中VEGF和PAR-1的表达与星形细胞肿瘤比较差异有统计学意义;VEGF和PAR-1在星形细胞肿瘤Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级与Ⅳ级中的表达水平,差别具有统计学意义。经Spearm an等级相关分析VEGF和PAR-1两者的表达指数正相关(r=0.355,P<0.05)。结论:VEGF和PAR-1的表达与星形细胞肿瘤的侵袭性密切相关,可作为临床判断胶质瘤恶性程度、侵袭性的重要指标。 Objective:To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and protease-activated receptor 1(PAR-1) in astrocytoma and their correlation.Methods:Semi-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction was performed to detect the expression of VEGF and PAR-1 in 50 cases of astrocytic tissues and 10 cases of normal brain tissues.Results:The expression indexes of VEGF and PAR-1 between the astrocytic tissues and the normal brain tissues were of statistical difference.Significant differences in the expression indexes of VEGF and PAR-1 were found among the tumor tissues of grade Ⅱ,grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅳ.There existed significant positive correlation between the expression indexes of VEGF and PAR-1(r=0.355,P〈0.05).Conclusions:The expression of VEGF and PAR-1 are closely correlated with the development of the invasive activity of human astrocytoma,which may be helpful in judging the malignancy and invasion of astrocytoma.
