侧颅底显微手术用于耳颞部肿瘤的探讨

LATERAL SKULL BASE MICRO-SURGERY OF AURICULOTEMPORAL TUMORS

本文介绍侧颅底显微手术治疗耳颞部肿瘤８例。其中采用颞上进路１例，颞下进路４例，颞后进路３例。结果存活７例，经１５～８年随访无复发，例２左耳腺样囊性癌术后２年死于原发病。本文对该病的诊断步骤、辅助检查方法、手术进路、颅神经及大血管的保护，面神经的改道新法手术，以及手术复发死亡病例结合文献进行了讨论。

Eight cases treated with lateral skull base micro-surgery in our department were reported. Of these cases, the supratemporal approach was done in 1 case, infratemporal fossa approach in 4 cases, and posttemporal approach in 3 cases. The results were: 7 cases have been alive disease-free for 1.5～8yrs, and 1 died of original disease in two years. The discussion focuses on diagnostic method, supplementary examination, operative approach, protection of skull nerve or blood vessel and prevention of the recurrent disease.
