放射治疗结合EGFR靶向抑制剂治疗非小细胞肺癌研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肺癌是全球导致癌症死亡的最主要原因。约80%的肺癌是非小细胞肺癌(non—small—cell lung cancer,NSCLC)。对于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期及部分选择性的Ⅲ期患者,手术切除是首选的治疗方法,遗憾的是临床上仅25~30%的NSCLC可选择根治性手术。对于不能手术切除的NSCLC,单纯放射治疗或放化疗综合治疗提供了唯一的治愈机会,但总的治疗疗效并不理想,5年生存率仅5~10%,
