摘要
本文报告５０例垂体腺瘤，男３０例，女２０例，年龄１６～６１岁，其中泌乳腺素瘤２５例，混合性腺瘤６例，生长激素腺瘤５例，促肾上腺皮质激素（ＡＣＴＨ）瘤１例，无分泌性腺瘤１３例，全组采用单侧鼻前庭切口经蝶显微切除肿瘤，经随访２个月～１５年效果满意，证明本手术方法可减少手术创伤，缩短手术时间，又可避免美容缺陷，是一种较为实用的手术方法。
patients with pituitary adenomas were reported, 30 males and 20 females aged from 16 to 61 years These tumors included 25 prolactinomas, 6 mixed adenomas, 5 growth hormone adenomas, 1 adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH) adenoma and 13 non secreting adenomas Transsphenoidal microscopic operation with uni lateral nasal vestibular approach was performed on all patients A follow up of 2 months to 1 year and a half shows that the results are satisfactory This method can reduce operative trauma, shorten operation time and avoid the defect of beauty It proves to be a practical method of surgery
