国产多西他赛治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌每周方案与三周方案的临床研究 被引量：1

摘要 多西他赛是由欧洲紫杉树针叶中提取的无活性前体化合而成的新一代化疗药物，目前推荐的用药方法是三周方案，骨髓抑制相对较重，而多西他赛每周方案在明显减少毒性方面引起国外研究者的广泛注意，但国产多西他赛每周方案在国内报道较少。现将我院使用国产多西他赛每周方案与三周方案的临床研究报道如下。
