摘要 随着影像学检查的进步，原发病灶直径小于3cm的周围型非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）在临床上越来越常见，其中以腺癌最为常见，文献报道也最多，而对小鳞癌的认识较少。本文回顾性分析直径小于3cm的周围型小肺鳞癌的临床资料，研究其临床特征和淋巴结转移的规律，为小肺鳞癌治疗方案的确定提供依据。
