摘要
报告4例皮肤肥大细胞瘤。4例患儿中男女各2例,年龄5.5～20个月。2例皮损单发,另外2例皮损多发,Darier征均阳性。皮损组织病理改变为真皮全层和(或)皮下脂肪组织有大量肥大细胞浸润。其中2例患儿还有散在的嗜酸性粒细胞浸润。4例患儿的皮损均随年龄增大而逐渐减轻或消退,局部遗留色素沉着和色素减退斑。
Four cases of mastocytoma are reported. Two boys and two girls with age of 5.5 months to 20 months, presented as solitary lesion in two patients and multiple lesions in the other two. Darier＇s sign was positive in all 4 patients. A dense aggregation of mast cells in the dennis and/or in subcutaneous adipose tissue was demonstrated by histopathology. Scattering eosinophil infiltration was seen in 2 patients. The lesions improved as the babies grew up, leaving hyperpigmention or hypopigmention in 4 cases.
