摘要
目的观察同种异基因皮肤移植对昆明小鼠肝细胞癌生长及相关免疫指标的影响。方法采用荷H22型肝癌昆明小鼠为动物模型并分为3组,在皮下接种小鼠H22肝癌细胞悬液后,接受C57/BL6小鼠皮肤移植物的昆明小鼠为实验组,而接受同种同基因移植和不移植组均作为对照组,比较肿瘤的生长情况;同时检测小鼠外周血淋巴细胞亚群和肿瘤组织内细胞的凋亡细胞,比较各组间差异。结果接受同种异基因皮肤移植的昆明小鼠,肿瘤的生长速度慢于其他2组;接受同种异基因皮肤移植的小鼠瘤组织内凋亡细胞数量高于对照组。结论同种异基因皮肤移植对小鼠H22肝癌细胞的生长具有抑制作用,这种作用可能通过诱导肝癌细胞凋亡而发挥作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of skin allograft on the growth and relevant immune indexes of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in Kunming mice. Methods The Kunming mice with H22 hepatocellular carcinoma were used as models and divided into 3 groups. After subcutaneous injection of cell suspension of H22 hepatocellular carcinoma, the Kunming mice of the experimental group received skin allograft from C57/BL6, and those of the other two control groups received the skin grafts from same line mice or no grafts. The growth of the tumor tissues, peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and cell apoptosis counts in tumor tissues in different groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the other two groups, a slower tumor growth rate and more apoptotic tumor cells were observed in the skin allograft group. Conclusions The skin allograft can inhibit the H22 growth in Kunming mice with H22 hepatocellular carcinoma by inducing tumor cell apoptosis.
