放疗联合微波热疗对乳腺癌术后胸壁复发的疗效分析 被引量：3

摘要 乳腺癌仿根治术后约有10％～30％的患者会发生局部（胸壁）或区域性淋巴结（腋下、锁骨上或内乳）复发。复发的治疗方法包括手术切除、放疗、内分泌治疗、化疗等。放疗是一种主要治疗方法，而胸壁放疗联合热疗治疗乳腺癌的胸壁复发是一种有效方法。笔者医院多年临床工作中一直将乳腺癌术后胸壁复发放疗联合热疗作为标准治疗方案，
