摘要
做好学生的维权工作,是建立现代教育管理体制法制化的需要,是实行依法治校的重要组成部分,是学校改革和发展的必然趋势和要求,也是建设和谐、文明校园的根本保障。
The work of protecting students＇ rights is a requirement to establish the system of modern education and management. It is also an important part to manage the school according to the law, an inevitable tendency of school reform and development and a fundamental condition to construct a harmonious and polite campus.
