甲泼尼龙片在原发性肾病综合征中的临床应用

Effect of Methylprednisolone on Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

目的评价甲泼尼龙片在治疗成人初发原发性肾病综合征的疗效。方法将47例确诊为原发性肾病综合征的初治患者随机分为甲泼尼龙组和泼尼松龙组,分别接受口服甲泼尼龙和口服泼尼松龙中长程标准治疗。结果甲泼尼龙治疗组在降低尿蛋白、恢复血清白蛋白及患者的有效率上均优于泼尼松龙组,且复发率低于泼尼松龙。结论甲泼尼龙中长程方案对于治疗成人初发原发性肾病综合征优于泼尼松。

Objective To evalute the clinical effect of Methylprednisolone on primary nephritic syndrome. Methods 47 adult patients with incipient primary nephritic syndrome were divide into two groups, one group was treated with oral Methylprednisolone,while the other was treated with Prednisolone, Results Methylprednisolone was more effective than Prednisolone in reducing urine protein and increasing serum albumin, it had higher effective ratio and lower recurrence ratio than the latter. Conclusions Methylprednisolone is an effective therapy in adult patients with incipient primary nephritic syndrome.
