摘要
目的观察比较微波与液氮治疗丝状疣的疗效,为临床治疗提供依据。方法将353例丝状疣患者随机分为微波治疗组和冷冻对照组,观察各组的疗效。结果微波治疗组有效率为81.62%,冷冻对照组有效率为67.86%,各组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.0013)。结论微波治疗丝状疣优于液氮冷冻治疗,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effects of microwave and liquid nitrogen on filamentous warts,so as to provide the basis for clinical treatment, Methods 353 cases of filamentous warts were randomly divided into microwave treatment group and the liquid nitrogen control group ,were observed the effect in each group. Results Effective rate was 81.62% in microwave therapy group ,67.86% was liquid nitrogen control group, there was significant statistic differences (P=0.0013 ). Conclusions Effect of microwave is better than liquid nitrogen in treating filamentous warts, it is worth generalizing.
