脉冲电磁场对老年妇女骨质疏松症患者生活质量的影响

Intervention Effects of Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields on Quality of Life in Senile Female Patients with Osteoporosis

目的探讨脉冲电磁场干预对老年妇女骨质疏松症患者生活质量的影响。方法对80例老年妇女骨质疏松症患者应用脉冲电磁场干预,以国际流行的骨质疏松生活量表(QUALEFFO-41评分法)进行干预前、后生活质量评分,观察其变化。结果老年妇女骨质疏松症患者生活质量经脉冲电磁场干预有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论脉冲电磁场干预对改善老年妇女骨质疏松症患者生活质量是一种安全、有效的方法。

Objective To investigate the intervention effects of pulsed electromagnetic fields（PEMFs） on the quality of life in senile female patients with osteoporosis. Methods 80 senile female patients of osteoporsis were treated with PEMFs. The quality of life questionnaire 41 items（ Qualeffo-41） was used to evaluate the dally life of the patients. The changes before and after the intervention were compared. Results After the intervening, the quality of life of patients was remarkably improved （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions The PEMFs intervening is a safe and effective method of improving the quality of life of senile female patients with osteoporosis.
