髌上滑囊炎与髌下脂肪垫炎的治疗及两者相关性的临床研究

Treatment of suprapatellar bursitis and inflamation of subpatellar fat pad and their correlation

目的探讨原发性髌上滑囊炎与髌下脂肪垫炎的治疗及其相关性。方法对26例用传统方法治疗无效的原发性髌上滑囊炎患者,在髌下脂肪垫注射曲安奈德治疗并分析其疗效。结果终止治疗后3～4个月评定效果,治愈17例,好转6例,无效3例,复发3例。结论髌下脂肪垫注射曲安奈德治疗髌上滑囊炎治愈率高,复发率低,且疗效与病程密切相关,并推断原发性髌上滑囊炎可能继发于髌下脂肪垫炎。

Objective To study the effect of treatment of suprapatellar bursitis and inflamation of subpatellar fat pad and their correlation. Method Twenty six patients suffered with primary suprapatellar bursitis had no response to tradional management. They were treated with triamcinolone injected into subpatellar fat pad. Results The results of treatment were following： cure（17 cases）, good（6 cases）,no effect（3 cases） and recurrent（3 cases）. Conclusion It has good effect and low recurrency that suprapatellar bursitis is managed with triamcinolone injected into subpatellar fat pad. Prinary suprapatellar bursitis may be secondary to inflamation of subpatellar fat pad.
