摘要 随着人们生活水平的提高,痛风的发病率有增加的趋势。然而痛风的诊断及治疗仍有不足之处。本文就痛风的发病机制,诊断标准,治疗原则作一综述。 With the development of living standard of the people, the incidence of gout has an increasing tendency. However, there are many deficiencies in the diagnosis and treatment of gout. So the mechanism, diagnostic criteria, and treatment prificiple of gout are reviewed in this article.
