摘要
以河北、内蒙、辽宁三省交界处的中低品位磷铁矿精选后的磷精矿粉为原料,进行了硫酸分解制磷酸的试验研究。在模拟工业性工艺试验基础上,较系统地研究了影响磷酸物性的因素及变化规律,测定了有关物性数据及工艺技术指标、产品质量,所得结果既可以为磷矿质量评价提供依据,又可以为现有生产技术的改造与操作提供指导,还可以为湿法制磷酸设计提供基础数据。
using the powdered concentrate from the selected low - grade phosphate rocks from Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning provinces as raw material, an experiment was carried on phosphoric acid production by using sulfuric acid to break up the rocks. The factors, which affect the physicochemical properties of phosphoric acid, were intensively investigated on the base of simulative tests on commercial process. The related physicochemical data, process parameters and product quality were measured. The results of this research not only can tell us the basic data of wet-process phosphoric acid preparation and the quality of the phosphate rock but also can guide the technology improvement in industry nowadays.
