摘要
采用超声波技术对钙基蒙脱土进行了钠化处理,考察了超声波作用时间、钠化剂的种类及其用量、老化温度等因素对钠化效率的影响,并用XRD进行了表征。实验得到的最优化的钠化条件是:选用NaCl作为钠化剂,且NaCl和蒙脱土的比例为0.06g/g,超声波作用30 min,在70℃下老化2 h,即可制得阳离子交换容量(CEC)达到269 mmol/100 g的钠基蒙脱土。与传统方法相比,超声波法的钠化时间短、效率高,并大大提高了CEC。
A new method for preparing Na-montmonillonite by ultrasonic technology was studied. The effect of the factors on the efficiency of modification of calcium montmonillonite into sodium mont- monillonite was examined. The results show that the best conditions for preparing Na-montmonillonite are as following: the conversion agent is NaCl and its ratio with montmonillonite is 6% ; ultrasonic irradiation time is 30 min and conversion time is 2 h under 70 ℃. X- ray diffraction shows that the as - prepared samples are Na-montmonillonite and its CEC is 269 mmol/100g. Compared with the traditional method of preparing Na-montmonillonite, the new method had many advantages, for example, the short conversion time, high efficiency and CEC.
