摘要
大部分稀土元素可替代YBa_2Cu_3Oy中的Y形成正交的YBa_2Cu_3Oy“1-2-3”结构而成为转变温度约90k的超导体,但Ce、Pr、Tb例外。在Tb的掺杂替代研究方面,本文通过实发验现,Tb的氧化物在高温下极易与BaO起反应,生成稳定的BaTbO_3化合物,因而Tb难以进入正交“1-2-3”结构之中而形成掺Tb的高温超导体。
In this study,by partly replacing Y2O3 With Tb4O7,a series of samples were synthesized. The R - T curves and X-ray diffraction patterns of the samples were measured. From experiments,it was found that Tb does not enter the Y - site. The absence of YBa2Ou3Oy type structure containing Tb ions in these cases is explained asthe high stability of phases Tb4+Ba2+O3 which dominate the phase diagram.
