摘要
本文结合航天系统工程复杂和可靠性要求高的特点,以及现代质量管理带来的观念和方式的变革,对21世纪航天企业质量管理的主要特点进行了初步探讨,指出了其发展趋势。
Characteristics of quality management in space industry enterprise and its trends were discussed on consideration that high reliability requirement and complexity of space system project, and the influence of modern management ideal and practice.
