浅谈地方标准化发展战略

为提高我国技术的核心竞争力,"十五"末国家研究制定了《中国技术标准发展战略》,地方标准化工作如何围绕《中国技术标准发展战略》促进地方经济和社会的全面发展,已成为经济体制转型期面临的突出问题。本文从地方标准化工作长期存在的主要问题入手,提出制定地方标准化发展战略应遵循的原则及若干建议。

In order to improve core competitive power of technique in China, at the end of ＂The tenth five-year plan＂, the nation made researches and formulated ＂Chinese technical standard developing strategy＂, how the local standardization work promotes local economy and overall development of the society around ＂Chinese technical standard developing strategy＂ has already become the prominent problem of the standardization work facing to the periode of economic structure transofrmation. This article starts with the main long-standing problems of the local standardization work, puts forward principles and proposals that formulating local standardization developing strategy should follow.
