摘要 本文论述了生物信息技术标准体系研究的必要性和意义;通过对国内外生物信息技术标准化现状的调研、总结和对比分析,梳理了与生物信息技术相关的标准,并归纳总结为基础类、数据资源类、工具方法类和应用服务类等几大类,从而构建了生物信息技术标准体系框架。 This paper generalizes the effects and meaning of construction of standardization of standards system, then, discusses the necessity and meaning of research on standards system of biological information technology. After the researching, summarizing and comparative analysis with the standardization status of biological information technology throughout the world, this paper lists standards correlated with biological information technology, and classifies those standards into several categories, such as fundamental class, data resource class, tool method class, application service class, etc. From doing that, this paper constructs the framework of standards system for biological information technology.
