摘要
以两种常见的空调冷水一、二次泵系统为例,分析了水泵运行工况,提出了可能运行区、工作点及工作区的概念;认为不能仅依靠特性曲线分析水泵运行情况,在末端变流量系统中应考虑自控系统对末端侧管路系统的影响,以及冷水机组与水泵联锁运行对冷源侧管路的影响;建议完善水泵设置和自控系统,以保证水泵在工作点或工作区正常运行,采取压差、限流等流量控制措施使设备与系统稳定、节能运行。
Taking two commonly used primary and secondary chilled water pump systems as examples, analyses pump running conditions, puts forward the three concepts of possible running zone, working point and working zone. Considers that to analysis pump running conditions should not only rely on the characteristic curve, and consideration should also be given to the effect of automatic control system on the terminal pipe loop and the effect of chillers working with pumps in the primary pipe loop. Suggests to rationally design pumps and automatic control system for guaranteeing pumps to run on the working point or in the working zone~ and to adopt pressure difference control and flow limited measure for the related units and chilled water system to operate stably and energy efficiently.
