摘要 针对热电厂锅炉连续排污水造成大量高温热水资源浪费的问题,提出将连续排污水用于脱硫区域供暖的热量回收利用方案,从连续排污水所携带的热量和水质两个方面分析了方案的可行性;给出了方案的系统流程图并分析了其经济优势。结果表明,将锅炉连续排污水用于脱硫区域供暖可解决其热量回收利用的问题,技术安全可靠,节能效果明显,对同类电厂有推广价值。 In view of the serious energy waste problem caused by the continuous extracting water discharged from power plant boilers, puts forward a heat recovery scheme using the extracting water to supply heat to desulfuration regions. Analyses the feasibility of the scheme from the aspects of heat quantity taken and water quality requirement. Gives the flow chart of the scheme and analyses its economic benefit. The results indicate that the scheme can solve the heat recovery problem and is technically feasible, energysaving and economical, which can provide a reference to similar power plants.
