摘要
教育作为人自身发展和全面建设小康社会的必要前提,在生活质量研究中占有重要地位。旨在从生活质量的视角来审视民生中重要的问题——教育公平,运用历史与比较的方法,从公共教育支出、教育人力资源投入、教育机会的公平性以及整体教育公平性的角度得出中国现有的教育状况存在一定程度的不公平性的结论。结合主要教育指标的分析,提出了改善中国教育公平现状的政策选择。
Being the premise for the development of human being and the construction of a well-off society, education plays an important role in the study of quality of life. The paper focuses on educational fairness, which is key issues in terms of social justice, from the perspective of quality of life. By the historical and comparative methods, the article concludes that there is big problem in Chinese education system from the perspective of public education financial investment, human resource input, educational chance and educational fairness. By analyzing a series of educational indicators, this article aims at revealing the current situation of educational fairness from the perspective of the study of Quality of Life, and finding solutions to this circumstances.
