摘要
为了在和谐社会中树立正确的法律价值观,运用理论梳理和实证分析的方法,研究了司法实践中屡屡发生的为了追求"和谐"而执法违法的混乱现象,认为和谐社会中应建立积极的正义观,在司法实践中应通过公正的司法达到和谐,更加积极地发挥司法的作用。
In order to establish correct legal value idea and realize justice in practice, through theoretical research and practical analysis, aiming at enforcing law and breaking law repeatedly and resulting in confusion in judicatory chaos,it is necessary to establish active justice idea in harmonious society, judicatory justice leading to harmony.
