The crisis of Intellectual Property Rights forces us to think back the validity of IPRs. The validity of the traditional IPRs theory is subjected to the influence of the bourgeois world outlook and methodology. Consequently, there are some major problems in it. Marxism presents us with a new angle. According to Marxism, IPRs have the substantial and class validity, and have the validity in public interest protection in terms of value orientation.
