《建国以来周恩来文稿》是周恩来著作系列的重要组成部分,其文献价值主要体现在:一是收入的文稿,都经过周恩来本人认定,是第一手材料,具有权威性;二是从文稿的内容来说,仅有少量曾公开发表,有些曾在中共党内或大或小范围内印发过,但绝大部分未曾发表过,具有揭密性。

Zhou Enlai's Manuscripts since the Founding of PRC is the important constituent part of Zhou Enlai's works,and its literature values can be reflected as follows: first,the recorded manuscripts have been confirmed by Zhou Enlai,which are the first-hand materials with the authority;second,only a small amount of this book has been published,therefore the contents of his works open some secrets.
