道德力是社会运作的有效控制力。当由各种道德因素构成的影响力表现为一种对社会成员的特殊控制与约束力时,道德力便成为治理国家的控制手段,在社会发展各要素中具有引导、协调和整合的作用;道德力是社会发展的内在精神,对社会发展具有价值导向作用,促使人们形成与社会发展相适应的共同遵守的"内在道德律令"和"外在行为准则";道德力在形成良好的市场经济环境中发挥着重要作用,能有效地促进经济行为主体实现"经济人"与"道德人"的融合。

It is a controlling trick of governing country, while moral capacity which is consist with all kinds of moral factors, becomes a special controlling and bingding force with the function of conduct, harmony and integration. It is also an inner spirit of social development, and exists as an value - orientation of social development, Moral capacity could cause people to form inner moral precept and exterior action guideline which is adapt to social development, it also could cause to realize the integration of ＂businessman＂ and ＂enthnic man＂ as the main body of economic activity under the market economy.
