摘要 本设计以高效率D类功率放大器为中心,输出开关管采用高速场效应管,连接成互补对称H桥式结构,兼有输出1:1双变单电路和输出短路保护功能,比较理想地实现了输出功率大于2w,平均效率可达到75%的高效音功率放大器。 This system is based on the efficient D - type power - amplifier . The output switch devices are adopted of the high - speed VMOSFET an form the complementary symmetry H - bridge structure. The device also has the duplex - to - single circuit and the voltage ratio of the output to the input is one to one . and the output short- circuit protection. The design targets demanded are ideally realized, The maximum output power distortion is more than 2 watt and The mean efficiency can reach about 75 per cent .
