2007年济宁市市售奶粉卫生检测结果分析

Detection and Analysis on the sanitation of milk powder in JiNing

2007年8月-11月,对济宁市内各奶粉生产、经营和销售单位进行了抽样检测,参照国家标准,对各种奶粉60份进行了蛋白质、脂肪、水分、维生素A、维生素D、铅、砷、菌落总数、大肠菌群、沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌等项目的检测分析。结论是济宁市奶粉卫生质量存在较多问题,有关部门需要采取有力措施。

60 samples from milk powder enterprise and point of sale were taken in urban area in JiNing City from August to November 2007, and protein, fat, water, vitamin A, vitamin D, lead , arsenic , the total numbers of colony , coli group, salmonella , the genus Shigella , Staphylococcus aureus and hemolytic streptococcus were detected according to the national standards. Milk powder in JiNing has lots of problems, and good measures should be taken for ensure the people＇s health.
