天津社会主义新农村建设的综合评价指标体系研究

根据天津农村的特点和新农村建设的要求,在讨论考核评价指标体系构建原则的基础上,确定新农村建设考核评价指标体系,利用德尔斐法确定考核评价指标的权重,并利用该考评体系对天津市新农村建设进行实证研究。

According to the characteristics of rural and the requirement of the building new villages in Tianjin , discussed the principles to set up the evaluating index system, and the evaluating index system of the building new villages is set up, apply the method of Delphi, the weight indexes are determined. At last apply this system , the building new villages in Tianjin is evaluated.
