金银花及其叶中有效成分的比较研究

Study on the Chlorogenic Acid,Flavonoids in Lonicerae Japonicae

目的比较研究同一株金银花来源的金银花及其叶中的绿原酸、总黄酮的含量。方法均采用2005年版中国药典一部收载的提取方法,采用高效液相色谱法测定金银花及其叶中绿原酸的含量,紫外分光光度法测定金银花及其叶中总黄酮的含量。结果绿原酸在金银花及其叶中的含量分别为2.72%和2.30%;总黄酮在金银花及其叶中的含量分别为6.46%和7.85%。结论同一株金银花来源的金银花叶中所含的绿原酸略低于花中的含量,叶中总黄酮明显高于花中的含量。因此资源丰富的金银花叶也同样具有药用开发价值。

Objective To study the Chlorogenic acid, Flavonoids in Lonicerae japonicae and its leaves from the same stub. Methods The method embodied in Ch.P（20051 was used to extract Chlorogenic acid and Flavonoids. We applied High Performance Liquid Chromatography （HPLC） to analyse the content of Chlorogenic acid and Ultraviolet- visible Spectrophotometry（UV - vis）to analyse the Flavonoids. Results The content of Chlorogenic acid is 2.72% in Lonicerae japonicae and 2.30% in leaves of Lonicerae japonicae. The content of Flavonoids is 6.46 % in Lonicerae japonicae and 7.85 % in leaves of Lonicerae japonicae. Conclusions The content of flavonoids in leaves of Lonicerae japonicae is higher than its flowers. So the abundant leaves of Lonicerae japonicae also have equal development value of medicine uses.
