摘要
目的研究超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和血脂预测在监视2型糖尿病并发动脉粥样硬化中的临床价值。方法收集85例糖尿病患者及35例体检正常者的血浆,用奥林帕斯Au640全自动生物化学分析仪检测hs-CRP、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)。结果2型糖尿病组血清hs-CRP、TC、LDLC浓度均比正常对照组高,差异有统计学意义(其中hs-CRPP<0.01,其它P<0.05),而HDLC浓度低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,hs-CRP浓度与LDLC浓度呈正相关(r=0.2159,P<0.05),hs-CRP浓度与HDLC浓度呈负相关(r=-0.2705,P<0.01)。结论hs-CRP作为一个炎症因子,在预测糖尿病并发动脉粥样硬化中具有重要的临床意义。联合血脂检测,对进一步预防2型糖尿病患者并发动脉粥样硬化有重要的临床意义。
Objective To evaluate using the detection of high - sensitivity C - reactive protein(hs - CRP) and blood - fat to predict the risk of complication with arteriosclerosis in type II diabetes. Methods The levels of sertun hs - CRP, TC, LDLC, HDLC were detected on 85 diabetes patients and 35 normal subjects. Results The type 2 diabetic group had significantly higher hs- CRP, TC, LDLC, and lower HDLC than the control group ( the hs - CRP P 〈 0. 01, others P 〈 0. 05). The concentration of serum hs - CRP correlated positively with LD- LC(r=0.215 9,P〈0.05), and negatively with HDLC(r = -0.270 5,P〈0.01). Conclusion hs- CRP as an inflammatory factor can be used to predict and for the surveillance of type Ⅱ diabetes, hs - CRP level and blood - fat can be used together for the diagnosis of arteriosclerosis in type Ⅱ diabetes.
