摘要
"景德镇陶瓷"在全球范围内享有极高的知名度,并在1999年注册原产地证明商标,但景德镇陶瓷行业内部仍然处于一种模仿、低价倾销的无序竞争状态,导致了对"景德镇陶瓷"区域品牌的滥用,极大地损害了"景德镇陶瓷"的无形价值。本文通过建立博弈模型,采用实证分析法对滥用"景德镇陶瓷"区域品牌现象进行剖析,并提出了相关的对策建议。
“Jingdezhan ceramic” brand is well-known m the world, and has enroned as original producing area brand in 1999. Inside Jingdezhen ceramic industry, most factorys are copy each other, intercompete are completely disorder, the actuality resulted the abuse of “Jingdezhen ceramic” area brand and damaged it immateriality value badly. This paper established playing chess model, anatomied the abuse of “Jingdezben ceramic” area brand by means of adopting demonstration analytical method, and then put forward correlative countermeasures
