摘要
文章针对钢轨矫直机矫直辊易产生磨损,磨损后整体更换浪费材料的情况,考虑采用磨损后的原有矫直辊加工后作为芯部,然后在芯部外周加上与之配合的辊环,制作成一个组合矫直辊进行矫直工作。采用ANSYS软件模拟改造后的组合矫直辊的工作状态,判断改造后的矫直辊是否能在实际的矫直过程中达到使用要求。
Based on the fact that the smoothing roll of the straightener is easy to be worn and it wastes a lot of material, the paper points out to use the worn roll to produce the core of smoothing roll and add the roll ring to make a combined roll. It uses the ANSYS software to model the working condition of the reformed combined roll and judges if the roll can reach the service requirements in the practical straightening.
