房屋结构经过长时间使用后,建筑材料、构件和结构均会存在不同程度的破损。文章通过一例工程实践,介绍一幢上世纪60年代的砖混结构办公楼检测鉴定加固的全过程,提出相应的加固建议。

After buildings have been used for a long time, the construction material, members and structure will deteriorate in varying degreeds. This article introduces the whole process of detection, appraisal and reinforcement of a brick-and-concrete building which was built in 60s of last century.
