文章阐述了在当今全球经济一体化的过程中物流采购供应链及其资源是现代企业面临的重大难题之一。在此基础上对如何构建物流采购管理操作平台(系统)进行了分析说明。
The paper details that the supply chain in the logistics procurement and the resource is the difficult and important problem that the modem enterprise is facing during the global, economic integrating process. On the basis, the paper analyses and expounds how to establish the purchasing management system of the logistics.
