摘要
在汽轮发电机组中,给水泵是重要辅机设备。在高温、高压运行的环境下,给水泵出现机械故障的概率很大,因而要求当运行给水泵出现故障,备用给水泵能及时快速地响应,因此需具备一套完善的联锁保护设计方案。随着机组运行启停次数增多,原有给水泵联动设置上的缺陷逐渐暴露出来,严重影响给水泵稳定运行和机组的安全性。对原有的给水泵联锁出现的问题进行分析,现已完成联锁保护的改进,效果良好。
Feederwater pump is an important auxiliary equipment in the steam generation unit. There are frequent faults occurred in the pump under high temperature & pressure operation. The stand-by feedwater pump should be put in service as soon as the operating pump is tripped out, Therefore a perfect design scheme of aggregate protection shall be required. The faults of existing pump aggregate unit have gradually been found alongwith frequent trip of the power unit, which seriously affected the stable operation of the pump and the safety of the power unit, The improvement of the pump aggregate unit has well be done with good result based on the analysis of the problems in the existing pump aggregate unit.
