摘要
为消除海域安全隐患、节约海域资源,大港油田对庄海5井等8口井进行了弃井作业。施工中用普通工程船和浮吊配合的创新方法代替了以往的钻井平台施工。该方法在封井中用连续油管和软管释放机构进行深层注灰作业;用锚式工作舱和水下切割锯配合完成井口套管外切割。对于钻井船弃井作业来说,既降低了成本,又充分利用了资源,在弃井领域是一个新突破。
In order to eliminate the security hidden trouble and save the resource of maritime space,the operation of abandoning oil well is carried out in eight wells in Dagang oilfield,such as Zhuanghai5 well and so on.A new idea of using the common engineering boat with floating crane to abandon the oil well instead of the offshore drilling plat during construction is brought which utilizes coiled tubing and setup of the discharging oil pipe to pour the mortar into the oil well in deep,and coordinating the anchor working cabin with under water cutting saw to incise the thimble of oil well from outside.This tech is either reducing cost or making full use of resources,and makes a new breakthrough in the domain of the abandoning oil well.
