连续油管热洗解堵清蜡工艺在YM17-1井的应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对英买力区块多口油气井因管柱内结蜡而导致油压、产量降低甚至停喷的情况,选用连续油管热洗解堵清蜡工艺。该工艺通过连续油管在油气井生产管柱内建立液体循环的通道,通过循环加热不断地将热油所携带的热量传递到生产管柱内堵塞段的上端面,将生产管柱内凝固的堵塞物融化、溶解并随着原油返出地面。边循环边加深连续油管,最终解除油气井生产管柱内的堵塞。经YM17-1井的成功实施,证实其清蜡效果良好,是一种安全、经济、实用的技术。 To the situations of wax precipitation in pipe string leading oil pressure and production to reduce particularly un-flow in many oil and gas well in Yingmaili block,technology of thermal coiled tubing cleanout,plug removal and wax removal is chosen to use,circulating liquid passage in production pipe string in oil and gas well is set up by coiled tubing,and by circulating and heating,heat quantity carried by hot oil is constantly delivered to upside of plug sector in production pipe string to dissolve and melt plug matter and bring them out of production pipe string to ground surface with crude oil.It circulates as deepening coiled tubing and finally plugs removal in production pipe string in oil and gas well.Succeed in ym17-1 well proves that effect of wax removal is very well and it is safe,economical and practical technology.
